Workshop: Scope an AI audit: build your scoping memo and RCM

Wednesday 2 December 2026, 3:00–6:00pm UK / 10:00am–1:00pm ET
Three hours live, plus short pre-work. Working on a realistic case, you'll draw the audit boundary, score the risk and confirm the EU AI Act tier. You leave with a scoping memo and a draft risk and control matrix (RCM) you can reuse on your next engagement.
Includes a certificate stating the hours for self-reported CPE.

Course: How to audit AI: a practitioner's method, from scope to report

Nine weekly live sessions, Tuesdays at 3:00pm UK, 26 January – 23 March 2027
(10:00am ET, or 11:00am ET for the final two sessions after the US clock change)
Take an AI system from your own organisation through the full audit, week by week: scoping, data, model performance and fairness, controls and security, governance and regulation, and reporting to the board. You finish with a working audit file, not just a certificate.
